COUNTDOWN to Winter Conditioning!

Hey all you snow bunnies and winter warriors!

Remember that time when you did sports on unfrozen water? In a boat? Like crew? Ah yes. Well it's almost time again to get in shape for when its time again. Make sense? So throw down the home cooking and fruit cake leftovers, and find yourself a gym or maybe even an erg!! Or wait until informal practice starts on January 17th. With the Real Deal commencing on the 24th.

If you're new to rowing and want to give it a try, come on out! Feel free to email our president or captains to get superfluous amounts of information on one of the best unfrozen water sports ever.
